Abuse of the open-market payment refund system has been detected. For verification purposes, access to your account has been temporarily restricted. [In Case of an Abnormal Refund]
If, upon review, the refund is determined to be abnormal due to abuse of the payment process, repurchase of the relevant product(s) may be required.
If repurchase is required, only Web Shop repurchases are available on the currently accessed site. For other markets, please access the corresponding app to complete the repurchase.
For Steam refunds, repurchase must be completed on a PC.
The temporary measures applied to your account will be lifted only after all abnormal canceled/refunded products across all markets have been successfully repurchased. If multiple quantities of a product were purchased at once and then refunded in a specific market, the same quantity must be repurchased.
If the refunded quantity and the repurchased quantity do not match, the repurchase transaction will be automatically canceled. The timing of cancellation varies by market and may take several days.
If payment fails due to an error during repurchase, please access the Web Shop again using the same account.
If you change devices and sign in with a different game account under the same market account, the payment may not be completed successfully.

Products with coupons or discounts applied will be rebilled at the discounted amount applied at the time of the initial payment.
